Your Name: Joe Silk
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:581208342
Your Discord Username: awesomeman3432
Your Age: 18
Your Time zone: BST
Total Time in Server: (Do !time in game to find out) i think around 15-20 hours now not completely sure since the command doesnt work

Do you have a Microphone? Yes
Are you comfortable with speaking in-game? Yes

Do you have any previous moderation experience? Please provide details of prior experience Yes i was a Head moderator in a server called Civil networks and staffed there for just over a year where i managed to handle around 4000-5000 Staff Sits

Do you have any in Server Warnings? No

Describe a time where you showed leadership or decision making Leadership wise i was a CI DELCOM inside of the server Civil networks where i had to lead multiple raids and command many other players while handling combat at the same time. Decision wise from when i was a staff member would be handling difficult Sits where a verdict is not clear due to loopholes and other situations.
Name 3 bad qualities about yourself that you wish to improve on:

Sometimes i may be impatient but i do wish to improve on that.

Procrastinating aka not doing stuff till the last minute i am currently working to improve on this.

Easily distracted sometimes.

How would you de-escalate an argument happening in server: Depending on how the argument started would depend on the actions I would take. First, if the argument is happening within OOC, I would tell the players to keep it out of OOC and do it in their own time. If the arguing proceeds to escalate, I would warn them one last time; otherwise, they will receive a mute from the chat for a said period of time until it has all calmed down.

A player is caught team killing for no apparent reason. Upon questioning, the user states that they killed their own friend and got verbal permission from them over call, however the other user isn't available to give their statement (because they left the game.)
Looking at the offender's profile, you find that they have some warnings related to team killing weeks/months ago.
How do you proceed? If there is no valid reason for the killing, they should be given a warning for RDM, even if a reason was said in Discord or other comms. Due to the other player being unavailable to give input on the situation, a warning shall be given until otherwise, for example, if it is appealed with input from the other user.

A player makes a ticket to say another user has been harassing them in-game through voice and local chat. They provide a short clip that shows the accused using insulting or inappropriate language. You approach the situation, but the reporting player refuses to give more details or answer follow-up questions.
How do you proceed? I'd check the clip to see if the harassment does seem real or correct, and if it does, the player doing said harassment will be brought in and questioned on why they are doing said things. Once explained, they will be told to stop; otherwise, staff action will take place, whether that is a ban, warning, or maybe even worse depending on SLT advice.

You receive a report that a CMD member has been adding and removing players from department whitelists without valid reason. Logs confirm they removed several players and added others without following proper procedure or logging it anywhere. When questioned, the CMD gives vague responses like “I thought it was fine” or doesn’t respond at all.
How do you proceed? What I would do is talk to the CMD member and tell them what they did was wrong and explain the correct reasons. After doing so, I'd fix the mistakes they had made by reinstating or removing said members who were added or removed. I would then proceed to talk to SLT and In-Character Command about the situation and what they would like to do with the CMD member.

I swear that I told the truth, as well I swear that I did not use the assistance of generative AI or gain answers from a staff member/ex-staff member. Yes i do
