Since im Nu7 junior command, I take leadership in ci raids and am good at decision making for those times. I only mentioned one time but I have taken leadership multiple times in different categories and had good decision making.

How would you de-escalate an argument happening in server:
I would stay calm and professional. Firstly, I will check if what one of the people did violates the rules, deal with it and tell them to stop. If not I would just tell them to stop and if they wont stop having an argument like children, I would tell them to take it up in dms and mute them because it ruins everyone elses experience.
A player is caught team killing for no apparent reason. Upon questioning, the user states that they killed their own friend and got verbal permission from them over call, however the other user isn't available to give their statement (because they left the game.)
Looking at the offender's profile, you find that they have some warnings related to team killing weeks/months ago.
How do you proceed?
Warn them because there isnt proof and even though they got permission, in RP that cant be a valid reason to teamkill.
A player makes a ticket to say another user has been harassing them in-game through voice and local chat. They provide a short clip that shows the accused using insulting or inappropriate language. You approach the situation, but the reporting player refuses to give more details or answer follow-up questions.
How do you proceed?
Warn them and then tell them to not do it again because there is proof.
You receive a report that a CMD member has been adding and removing players from department whitelists without valid reason. Logs confirm they removed several players and added others without following proper procedure or logging it anywhere. When questioned, the CMD gives vague responses like “I thought it was fine” or doesn’t respond at all.
How do you proceed?
Take it up to high command of the regiment and tell them to not give whitelists for the time being until they have been punished/educated by their high command on how to properly do it.
