Describe a time where you showed leadership or decision making: I was a Striker and a left wing player on a soccer team where i called out for players to mark up(stand infront of enemy players making sure they dont get the ball) plan out gameplans during half time on a mini whiteboard(was cute) and in the end being the team IGL we ended on the top of the leaderboard for my grade
Name 3 bad qualities about yourself that you wish to improve on:
1.I have a tendency to be very stubborn when im passionate about something but im working on it to hear out peoples point of views,
2.i tend to have long breaks to work on mental health which normally puts a bad look on me in the server due to activity,
3.During some situations where im put on the spot like being a public speaker infront of lots of people i freeze and dont know what to forgeting that i have others to turn to for help.
How would you de-escalate an argument happening in server: I would bring the two people away to a secluded area and have them say their sides and attempt to figure out middle ground where they both can be happy, if they cant find middle ground i would have them not talk to eachother or interact with eachother if they cant keep their emotions out of it and verbally warn them if they get caught arguing again and disrupting the players i would warn them for fail to listen to staff. if it continues after that i would ban them for 12 hours for them to have a break from the game and clear their minds
A player is caught team killing for no apparent reason. Upon questioning, the user states that they killed their own friend and got verbal permission from them over call, however the other user isn't available to give their statement (because they left the game.)
Looking at the offender's profile, you find that they have some warnings related to team killing weeks/months ago.
How do you proceed? (question, how would you catch them team killing if the person left) I would first check damage logs, to see if it was back and forth shooting eachother. if not i would ask for some sort of proof if they can get it, if they cant get any proof id verbally warn them saying to /advert it next time that they got permission to kill or have a clip of them saying that they give permission. them and tell them if they are caught TK again without proof of consent by their friend i would be warning them for TK. id then return the person from the sit room back to what they were doing. keeping a close eye on that player making sure they dont do it again.
A player makes a ticket to say another user has been harassing them in-game through voice and local chat. They provide a short clip that shows the accused using insulting or inappropriate language. You approach the situation, but the reporting player refuses to give more details or answer follow-up questions.
How do you proceed?: I would check the recording to see if they were directed at that person or edited in any way to try and get a player in trouble, if i cant find anything i would continue to ask questions reassuring the reporter that the more questions they answer the more likely i can punsih them acordingly. if they still refuse to answer my questions id question the side of the reportee and taking notes on what the reportee says if they deny it saying that it was made up i would check the warns of the player and if they dont have any warnings i would verbal warn them and say if there are more clips of you abusing others it would be a ban and a warning for harrasment. and tell the player to be more careful what they are saying around people who arent their friends, id then return them both.
You receive a report that a CMD member has been adding and removing players from department whitelists without valid reason. Logs confirm they removed several players and added others without following proper procedure or logging it anywhere. When questioned, the CMD gives vague responses like “I thought it was fine” or doesn’t respond at all.
How do you proceed? id ask the cmd member to re-read over the rules for training and recruiting, along with the server rules, id warn the CMD that removed members for abuse of power as a mess up like that is pretty bad and have them demoted from the CMD rank id then make sure all the players that got removed arent affected that much, if they are id talk to one of the other commanders and have them deal with it as its a mess up of the battalion and it would be out of my control.
